I have tweaked it and worked it out and now it's practically perfect....well, as perfect as I can get it!
This is a breadmaker recipe, for the dough cycle, it is shaped into a bread pan and baked in the oven. My breadmaker is a 2 lb. loaf size.
Load the following ingredients, in order given, into your breadmaker bucket:
1 cup water
3 Tbsp. Canola Oil
3 Tbsp. Honey
1 scant tsp. Salt
4 cups flour, levelled, not heaping ( I use all purpose flour, if you are in the US you may need to add Gluten)
1 1/2 tsp. yeast
Set on dough cycle. When finished shape into loaf, placed in greased loaf pan, cover with clean tea towel and let rise 20 minutes. At that point preheat oven to 350, when oven is at temp, which should take 5 minutes or so, the bread is ready to be put in the oven.
Bake 350 for 25 - 30 minutes, until golden on top.

Hi.. thanks for stopping by my blog. On wordpress, the control panel allows you to see who has linked to your posts, and today I suddenly had quite a few links to older posts. When I clicked to see why, I discovered my entire posts had been copied there. Have not yet heard from Blogger or Wordpress, but hope to have some answers soon about what can be done.
I came here to read your day in the life post but will try again later. I'm definitely going to try your bread recipe - I'm on the hunt for a good one. Can you just tell me if your tablespoons are 3 or 4 teaspoons?
Thanks
Libby
Just wanted to add I made this bread yesterday and it is indeed fabulous. I've been trying numerous recipes over the last few weeks but this is first one to be a real success. Thanks so much for sharing your recipe.
