This year marked a first. We ate our Thanksgiving feast on the back deck. Moved our kitchen table out there, snugged it up to our patio table, set it for 14, and enjoyed the practically July-like weather.
But, first we had a football game. Touch football, of course. Where I majorally wiped out, being the natural athlete that I am, but it did give me an awfully good laugh, best I've had in a while.

After the party...it was nice sitting out well into the evening.

The son and son in law, carrying out one of our Thanksgiving traditions. It wouldn't be the same if there wasn't a good natured wrestle during kitchen cleanup.

Daughter and grandbabies.....Jenny & Eloise

Vanessa, Henry & Sam

So much to be thankful for.
Have a wonderful rest of the week,

Belated Happy Thanksgiving! I can't believe the year has passed quickly enough to be saying that! :)
Looks like a wonderful Thanksgiving for you and your family.
Yes, Happy Thanksgiving! Beautiful table setting. I like your deck!
Oh it must've been such fine weather to enjoy Thanksgiving dinner on the deck! You'll not forget this year's celebration. Love the photos of the grands and even the floor wrestlers. You were doing well to take photos and not tell them to stop messing about. I sound like Len on DWtheStars. Ha!
Happy Thanksgiving! It is great having all the family around us and yes it is something to be thankful about.

Love your house and the people in it! :)
What a perfect Thanksgiving time. Your table is gorgeous, and the pictures exude love, fun and joy.
Oh what a sweet post. Looks like you all had a wonderfully blessed Thanksgiving!!
What a glorious Thanksgiving you had. It's going to be a lot colder on the U.S. Mainland for their Thanksgiving in a few weeks. Here in Hawaii... it'll be the usual. How lovely it must have been to have your big dinner outside on the back deck. Wow!
